Ivy Slater, founder of Slater Success Coaching, is a successful business woman, entrepreneur and founder of  Slater Graphics, a promotional printing company established in 1993.  She is also a wife,  mother of two teenagers and dedicated daughter.

Slater Success Coaching was founded on the principles of assisting clients to define their GOALS and CREATE A PATHWAY TO  ACHIEVE these GOALS. Through continued SUPPORT the client is taken through a step by step process to reach and fulfill their defined goals.

Ivy’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Arts in Dance Education as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland.  This eclectic combination of both art and the spoken word enhanced her skills to become a successful business woman .  Having spent time in sales and marketing she felt a natural progression was to her true passion, professional coaching.  She received her  certification through the Institute of Professional Empowerment Coaching, an accredited coach training school, recognized as such by the International Coaching Federation, the leading trade organization for professional coaching.

Having conquered the hurdles and obstacles associated with women in business Ivy feels the need to share the skills necessary to achieve strength, growth, and a well balanced life on the business as well as on the home front. 

Ivy has created workshops and speaking engagements with women executives, leaders in their field and the day to day working women, empowering them to their full potential and success.
